The goal of this program is to bring together students from both middle schools to introduce/review all aquatic safety issues and involve these young athletes in an instructional, recreational level competitive swimming program.
During the hour, we will be stretching, evaluating strokes, introducing drills to assist in stroke development, helping with starts and turns and above all – having FUN!!!!
